MOM: AAP Central Jersey weekly meeting on 01/19/14

We met in Menlopark mall, Edison, NJ.

Attendees: Mukesh, Mr & Mrs. Rakesh, Deepak, Aman, Sunil, Vilish, Zakir, Roshan, Himanshu.

Few points:

1. AAP NJ team can take initiative in making policy documents. We can start with NRI Policy and Technology policy. Rakesh bhai/Anenendra bhai/Sunil bhai showed interest to work on them. We can also invite AAP volunteers from outside NJ to collaborate.
2. We can also make a team who can do a fact check on contemporary issues raised against AAP. For instance, the proposal by Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia of reserving some seats in those 27 DU colleges who get funding from Delhi Govt. A similar example we see here in US is County Colleges. Only residents from that county are allowed to study there because such colleges get funding from that specific county. Such ideas might be new for people in India but we can make a fact/research report and publish or send to AAP-India.
